At fostertie, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 natural days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition and meet the requirements listed below.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Remain in their original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Include any accessories received with the product

  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Return Reasons

Changed Your Mind

If you decide the product is no longer suitable for your needs, you may return it within 30 natural days of delivery, provided it meets all return eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Item

If your tie or tie clip arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 natural days of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • fostertie will cover the return shipping cost.

  • A prepaid return label may be provided when applicable.

If the return is requested for any reason unrelated to product quality:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return processing fees

  • Return handling fees

Approved refunds are issued without additional deductions other than any applicable shipping charges paid by the customer for non-quality-related returns.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and ensure all customers receive items in excellent condition, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Neckties that have been worn, washed, altered, or cleaned after delivery

  • Tie clips that show signs of use, scratches, dents, damage, or modification after delivery

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or included accessories

  • Items with stains, odors, cosmetic damage, or visible wear caused after receipt

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or storage by the customer

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period has expired

Holiday Return Extension

During certain holiday seasons, including Christmas, we may extend the return period for eligible purchases.

If a seasonal extension is offered, the updated return deadline will be clearly communicated on our website and will apply only to qualifying orders placed during the announced period.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within the applicable return period.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may require additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.
